A PUB IN Abergele will celebrate its first birthday since reopening last year.
The George & Dragon, at Market Street, reopened in June 2023 after being taken by landlady Michelle Partington after the previous owner chose not to renew its contract with pub chain Star Pubs & Bars.
The pub will host a party on May 31, celebrating the occasion with music from David Moulson and a DJ late into the night.

"Can you believe it is almost a year since I signed up to the George & Dragon.
